Yoga at an early age encourages self-esteem and body awareness incorporated in to a physical activity. Yoga develops cooperation and compassion-instead of opposition-creating inner peace within our children.

Sensory Integration is the ability to take in information through senses (touch, movement, smell, taste, vision, and hearing), to put it together with prior information, memories, and knowledge stored in the brain, and to make meaningful response. Some children do not integrate sensory input and organize it appropriately. This dysfunction may result in varying degrees of problems in development, information and processing behavior. FitFusion offers an innovative approach to sensory integration. We combine proprioceptive input deep pressure, heavy work and vestibular input all within our program in order to balance the sensory system.
